OPTION 1: PRE-SYMPOSIUM TOUR

TEHRAN-ISFAHAN

Early morning meet at Mehrabad Airport,

Flight to Isfahan by IR 237 at 6:00 am,

Transfer from Isfahan Airport to 5* Abbasi Hotel for check in,

Full day city sightseeing tour of Isfahan with local English-speaking guide.

Half- or full- day tour of Shiraz

Half day Tour:  In half day tours, visits of maximum 3-4 places of Shiraz are possible.

The rate is US$ 20 per person.

Services include: Transportations and transfers, entrance fees, English-speaking guide.

 

Full day Tour:  In full day tours, visits of maximum 5-6 places of Shiraz or Persepolis and Pasargad are possible.

The rate is US$ 30 per person.

Services include: Transportations and transfers, entrance fees, Lunch at a local restaurant, English-speaking guide.

 

Note:                Registration for half- or full- day tours will also be opened at registration desk during the Symposium.

 

CIP Service

Imam Khomeini Airport has no CIP service at the moment.

Cost of CIP service at Mehrabad Airport for arrival and departure flights are US$ 72 and 58 per person, respectively.

Cost of CIP service for domestic arrival and departure flights is US$ 22 per person.

Costs of transfer from Imam Khomeini Airport to the domestic terminal or inside the city are as follows:

Transfer fee for up to 2 persons by private Peugeot A/C car from Mehrabad Airport to inside of Tehran or to domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 16. Transfer fee for up to 2 persons by public Peugeot A/C car from Imam Khomeini Airport to inside of Tehran or to the domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 34.

Van-Benz or Hyundai Minibus

Transfer fee for 3 to 12 persons by A/C Van -Benz or Hyundai Minibus from Mehrabad Airport to inside of Tehran or to the domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 34.

Transfer fee from 3 to 12 persons by A/C Van -Benz or Hyundai Mini Bus from Imam Khomeini Airport to inside of Tehran or to the domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 68.

Big A/C Volvo B-7 Coach

Transfer fee from 12 to 38 persons by big A/C Volvo B-7 Coach from Mehrabad Airport to inside of Tehran or to the domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 68.

Transfer fee from 12 to 38 persons by big A/C Volvo B-7 Coach from Imam Khomeini Airport to inside of Tehran or to the domestic terminal and vice versa is US$ 122.
