Acknowledgements:

Your registration will be acknowledged by E-mail along with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the symposium. Up to date information and final program will be found on the website.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IST2005 Secretariat by fax. This may include cancellation of registration fees, hotel accommodation, social functions and tours.

  Registration fees	Before Aug. 10, 2005 (one month left to the symposium), there will be a 90% refund of fees paid, (excluding bank transfer fees), on or after this date, there will be no refund.

Entrance to Symposium

• Entry to the symposium venue will be allowed after registration.
• Each registered attendee of the symposium will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be his/her official pass to all sessions and other functions.

Letter of Invitation

A letter of invitation to participate in the Symposium will be sent out, on request, to a registered delegate with his/her confirmation letter. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds and does not imply any commitment on the part of the IST organizers to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with the confirmation of your registration.
