Mr. Zhitong Li, has been working as a system engineer of Huawei Technologies in China nearly 6 years. After he got double-E master degree from the North China Technology University, he applied all of his efforts to a VOIP program, which included research and development, network planning about some products for instance H323 VOIP GW, ROUTER, WAS, WCDMA, NGN and so on. He invented 5 patents, for example “Timer CU for AAL2 in WCDMA”, and “intelligent language playing”, etc. It is necessary to mention that both of NGN and WCDMA products have been successfully used in more than 30 counties and areas.

At present, he is responsible for NGN programming and deploying it in international marketing department. In these 2 years, he was in charge of telecommunication network designing for Chinese Telecom, Brunei Hong Kong, Thailand and Turkey.
