DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS
THROUGH TELECOMMUNICATIONS
IST2003 is the second in a series of biannual events organized by the Iran Telecom Research Center (ITRC) and designed to provide opportunity for academicians and specialists from the international telecommunication community to meet their peers in Iran and discuss under the theme Dialogue of Civilizations through Telecommunications latest developments in emerging technologies, progress in standards, services and their applications in telecommunication and information systems. The symposium will feature world-renowned keynote speakers, contributed papers, panels, special sessions, tutorials and an exhibition. Also, the event will feature a banquet, concert, visits and excursion tours to historic sites.
